Inspired by his work with Christian Aid, Dr Carlos Primo C David collaborated with the Department of Science and Technology to launch Project NOAH, a simple online communication tool, which through its website, twitter and text message, aims to provide real-time weather and flood information to the Filipino public. This product is already used by community leaders who distribute the data via text message to their members.
